Three plans. One complete product.

Every plan carries the whole of Pheonix Solutions. What changes between them is the scale of use each one covers — which we size with you, so you pay for what your team actually publishes.

How we price

You should not have to upgrade to get the product you were shown.

Feature-gated tiers make a simple promise complicated. You end up comparing rows rather than deciding whether the product suits you, and the thing you actually need turns out to sit one tier up.

So Pheonix Solutions does not do that. Every plan is the full product. The price reflects the volume it is carrying, and we work that out with you before you commit to anything.

Included everywhere

What every plan carries

  • Plan and publish

    Calendar, queues and publishing

The shared calendar, per-network posting times, the composer with per-network variants, the media library, and publishing to all six supported networks.

  • Create and understand

    AI assistant and analytics

Assisted drafting, alternates and repurposing; per-network optimisation checks; content and account reporting across every connected account.

  • Work as a team

    Workspaces, roles and review

Separate workspaces per brand or client, roles that separate writing from publishing, a required review step, and the engagement inbox.

What each plan covers

Starter publishes to Facebook and X; Growth and Scale carry all six networks. The capabilities themselves are the same throughout — what else changes is the scale of use, which we size with you before you start, so you pay for the volume your team actually publishes rather than a tier you have to grow into.

FAQ

Pricing questions

Why do all three plans have the same features?

Because this is one product, not three. Holding a capability back from a smaller team would not make the product better for the larger one. What the plans price is the scale of use — how many accounts, workspaces and people are on it — which is agreed with you before you start.

How do I know which plan is right for us?

Tell us what you publish in a typical month and who touches it. That conversation is usually shorter than reading a comparison table, and it means you start on the plan that matches your volume rather than one you have to grow into.

What currency are the prices in?

Indian rupees. Billing, invoicing and any applicable taxes are handled by Pheonix Solutions and confirmed with you in writing before the first invoice.

Can we change plan later?

Yes. Volume changes — a new client, a campaign period, a team that grows. Talk to us when it does and we will move you to the plan that fits rather than leaving you on the wrong one.

Is there help getting set up?

Onboarding is part of the engagement, not an add-on you find out about later. We connect your accounts with you and move your existing schedule across so you are not starting from an empty calendar.

What happens to our content if we stop?

It is your content. Ask us before you go and we will get it out to you — this is worth agreeing at the start rather than at the end, and we are happy to put it in writing.

Get the right plan the first time.

Tell us what you publish in a month and who works on it. We will tell you which plan that is — and if none of them fit, we will say that too.
