Platforms — Facebook

Your Facebook Page, on the same calendar as everything else.

Facebook is usually the account with the longest history and the widest mix of formats — link posts, photo sets, video, and the occasional thing that has to go out at a specific hour. Pheonix Solutions treats it as one column of the same plan.

Page publishing

Every format the Page actually uses

A Facebook Page rarely posts one kind of thing. A week might carry a link to a blog post, a photo set from an event, a short video and a plain text update — each with a different shape and a different best time.

All of them are composed in the same place, scheduled on the same calendar, and published to the Page by Pheonix Solutions at the time you set.

What the workspace gives a Page

  • Planning

    A month you can see

Page content sits in the shared calendar next to everything else going out, so you can spot the day with four posts and the week with none before either happens.

  • Media

    Assets reused, not re-uploaded

Images and video live in the workspace library. The photo set from an event can appear in a Page post today and somewhere else next month without being uploaded twice.

  • Measurement

    Page performance, in context

Post and Page metrics that Meta exposes are reported beside your other networks, so a Facebook week can be read against the rest of the plan rather than on its own.

Planning

Decide the month, not the morning

Pages tend to drift. Content goes out in bursts around a campaign and then nothing for three weeks, because there was never a view of the whole period to notice the gap.

Planning Facebook on the shared calendar makes the rhythm visible, and makes it something the team agrees on in advance rather than something one person improvises on a Monday.

  • Page content shown alongside every other network
  • Per-Page posting times, set once and reused
  • Drafts and review before anything reaches the Page
  • Reschedule without rebuilding the post

Workflow

Getting a Facebook week out

  1. Connect the Page

Authorise Pheonix Solutions against the Pages you administer, through Meta’s own permission flow. You choose which Pages are included.

  2. Set the Page’s posting times

Define when this Page should publish. New content takes the next free slot instead of needing a time picked by hand.

  3. Compose and adapt

Write the post, attach media from the library, and adjust the Facebook version if the same idea is also going to another network.

  4. Review, then schedule

Send it for approval if your workspace requires one. Approved content keeps the slot it already has.

  5. Answer and assess

Comments come into the shared inbox; Page and post metrics land in reporting for the period you are looking at.

FAQ

Facebook questions

Can Pheonix Solutions post to my personal Facebook profile?

No, and neither can any other scheduling tool. Meta only permits third-party publishing to Facebook Pages, so a Page is what you connect. Personal profiles are outside what the platform allows.

How many Pages can we connect?

As many as your plan’s scale of use covers, and they can sit in the same workspace or in separate ones — which is usually how agencies keep clients apart.

What happens when the Page connection expires?

Meta’s access tokens have a lifetime, so connections need renewing periodically. Pheonix Solutions surfaces a connection that is approaching expiry so you can reauthorise it before a scheduled post is affected rather than after.

Do comments on Page posts come into Pheonix Solutions?

Comments from connected Pages arrive in the shared engagement inbox alongside the post that prompted them, so whoever replies can see what was published and when.
